Key Responsibilities
- IT Support & Infrastructure:
•Provide technical support to employees in person, by phone, or remotely.
•Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other peripherals.
•Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access rights.
•Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks.
•Support and maintain network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
•Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
•Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
•Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and security procedures.
- Database Management & Reporting:
•Design, develop, and maintain databases and data structures to support business applications and reporting.
•Create, optimize, and execute SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports for various departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.).
•Extract and analyze data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
•Manage data imports, exports, transformations, and system integrations.
•Monitor database performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability, security, and speed.
•Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in line with company policies.
•Troubleshoot database issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes
•Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to align data systems with organizational needs.
•Document database structures, query libraries, and reporting processes.
•Support dashboard and BI report development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
