Job Role/Purpose

Pharma Group is seeking to hire a Sales Representative for the optical sales line (Bausch & Lomb).
 

The purpose of this role is to enhance coverage for optical stores and supermarkets in all areas of Lebanon, while strengthening the company’s market presence and driving sales growth. The right candidate is preferably a male who is customer oriented and result-driven, has a minimum of 2 years experience in the optical filed, and holds a technical degree in optical studies or similar field.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to optical stores and supermarkets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product placement, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated territories.

Key Requirements

• Previous outdoor sales experience
• Communication and customer service skills
• Negotiation and active listening skills

• Customer Oriented and result-driven
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the optical field
• Technical Degree in Optical Sciences or related field
