Job Role/Purpose
Pharma Group is seeking to hire a male Financial Controller to ensure financial compliance, minimize risks, and compile financial reporting. 

The purpose of this role is to oversee accounting records, ensure accuracy, and their compliance with financial regulations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Track, report, and analyze budget variances
• Review financial statements to ensure their accuracy
• Prepare month-end reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheet and cash statement
• Participate in budget preparation
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
• Measure company performance against external and internal benchmarks
• Manage annual budgets and forecasts
• Work closely with executive leadership team to deliver reports, analysis, findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities

Key Requirements

• Experience in a multinational Pharma, cosmetic or FMCG industries
• Communication and customer service skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CFA
• Customer Oriented and result-driven
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
• Male between 30 – 45 years old
