Pharma Group is hiring a Medical Representative to promote medicinal/pharmaceutical products to Health Care Professionals and pharmacies in North area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Identify potential customers, indulging in the making of sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors and pharmacies
Conduct product/drug demonstrations and offer support to clients through providing product/drug information while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Maintain sales records and prepare weekly reports of conducted visits while ensuring compliance with regulations through maintaining trustworthy and credible data
Arrange regular meetings with clients and attend conferences for presenting sales studies and providing input on market needs
Participate in the preparation of future medicinal forecasts
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy is a must.
Previous experience as a Medical Representative is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comprehensive understanding of the medicinal products including the drugs benefits, usage, and competitive advantages
Ability to work individually and within a team
Strong understanding of the Lebanese healthcare industry
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing to travel and attend seminars/conferences
Motorized with a valid driver’s license due to the nature of the position
