Pharma Group is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Retail Shop Manager to oversee operations across our three “Parashop” branches (ABC Ashrafieh, ABC Verdun, ABC Dabyeh).

Parashop is a leading retailer specializing in para-cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all three branches to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead and motivate the Beauty Advisors sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Manage inventory and motivate the team of Beauty Advisors and ensure proper stock levels of all products
• Monitor sales performance among Beauty advisors
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and staff scheduling

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or wellness sectors
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple branches efficiently
• Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or any other related field
