Pharma Group is hiring a Channel Supervisor to develop and execute channel strategies that drive sales growth, brand visibility, and market share across pharmacies and supermarkets.
The Channel Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of visibility, merchandising, and display strategies, while ensuring alignment with all OTC brands guidelines and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Execution:
- Implement visibility and merchandising plans tailored to pharmacies and supermarkets.
- Manage and optimize visibility tools: planograms, POS materials, shelving, and in-store displays.
- Lead the execution of in-store activities, ensuring strong brand presence and compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy execution.
Retail & Pharmacy Execution:
- Supervise and support sales teams in executing daily routines at OTC points of sale.
- Monitor display standards, shelf availability, and brand blocking in each channel.
- Identify execution gaps and propose corrective actions.
Team Leadership & Field Supervision:
- Conduct regular field visits (pharmacies and supermarkets) to evaluate on-ground performance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to ensure excellence in field operations.
Collaboration with Sales & Trade Marketing:
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to align store-level execution with commercial priorities.
- Provide input on custom displays, visibility tools, and trade marketing campaigns based on field insights.
Data Collection & Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence related to visibility, competitor activity, and retail execution.
- Analyze execution KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
Budget & Stock Management
- Ensure efficient usage of visibility and display materials within allocated budgets.
- Track inventory levels of POS and coordinate with logistics for replenishment.
General Duties:
- Collaborate with the operations teams (Logistics / Distribution)
- Follow up on collection, clients account credit settlement and statement of account in coordination with the accounting department
- Suggest process improvements for cost, efficiency, and service quality.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG or OTC pharma sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English, French and Arabic
